Returns:

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once you have received your order from the delivery date, you will have up to 14 days from that period to return the product. 

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a 15% restocking fee will be applied, and the refund will be processed. The credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received a refund, check your bank account first. Contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Exchanges:

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at admin@veektuning.com.

Shipping:

To return your product, please contact us.

You are responsible for the shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location. For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
